  • Parking Duration: The parking fee is calculated on a per-hour basis. The fixed price per hour will be clearly displayed at the parking facility or on the payment kiosk.
  • Vehicle Security: Zeus Parking is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked in the facility. It is recommended that valuables be removed from the vehicle before parking.
  • No Overnight Stays: Overnight stays or camping within the parking facility are strictly prohibited.
  • Access and Exit: Access to the parking facility will be granted upon payment. An entry ticket will be provided, which must be retained for exit. Failure to present a valid ticket may result in additional charges.
  • Liability: Zeus Parking and its staff are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur within the parking facility.
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, littering, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the parking facility.
  • Indemnity: By using Zeus Parking, the vehicle owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zeus Parking and its staff from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the facility.
  • Maximum Height and Weight: The parking facility has designated maximum height and weight restrictions for vehicles. Vehicles exceeding these limits may be denied entry.
  • Right of Refusal: Zeus Parking reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate parking privileges to any vehicle or individual without providing a reason.
  • CCTV Surveillance: The parking facility is equipped with CCTV cameras for security purposes.
  • Emergency Contact: In case of emergencies or assistance, contact information for Zeus Parking will be prominently displayed within the facility.
  • Exclusions: Zeus Parking reserves the right to exclude certain vehicles or items from the parking facility for safety or operational reasons.
  • Changes to Terms: Zeus Parking reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
